WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers Otter’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Otter gathers when you access or use the Applications.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES OTTER COLLECT?

Otter does not collect or store any information about its users. Identifying information for the purpose of social gaming is only kept locally on the user’s own device. Information about the user’s location may be used by our advertising partners to provide advertisements appropriate to their region.

HOW DOES OTTER USE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not currently collect or analyze data about who uses our applications or their behaviour within our applications, other than that provided by Apple to developers on the iTunes connect website.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Otter may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by updating this document and posting a notice on our website. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such notice has been provided.
